My resolutions:

pwn high school
Double our SQ member count
Beat Aly and Rain at character dialogue awesomeness!

1. Fill out my 70 page notebook for my story... 1/3 the way there sofar
2. Edit at least 10 chapters in my Fiery Forge book, all know i need it
3. Kill enoguh vampires to become a saint... o wait i already am
4. Get my GPA back to a 4.0 (debate makes me slip)
5. Get my post percentage up to 25%... again :D


:penguin: Saint Prometheus

1. Get into at least one more play/musical/theater-type thing at Pius (harder than it sounds when you go to an arts school)
2. Get 50,000 words done in both SKoB AND SDS before NaNoWriMo.
3. Get on the honor roll or whatever it was again.
4. Get healthy.
5. Start learning how to kickbox and/or judo and/or free run.

1. Get into at least one more play/musical/theater-type thing at Pius (thanks for the idea Aly, even though I wanted to anyway).
2. Finish at least half of the musical in rough draft form.
3. Figure out the plotline of Whisper of an Angel.
4. Create Mad Dinner Weird Times, as well as contribute to the many wonders of the Weird Times World.
5. Yay for getting healthy!
6. Pwn at least Troy and possibly Marissa at violin (harder than it sounds, folks).
7. See at least two musicals (nonPius ones) on stage.
8. Record something with ASE.
9. Figure out another story besides WoA.
10. Be even more awesome! :thumbsup:

Soooo..... Any resolutions?

Mine are...

1. to actually pass into high school
2. Get promoted at Pandora's Closet
3. Improve my writing skills
4. Help to improve SQ as a whole
5. FINALLY revamp my graphics gallery
6. actually sleep at night
7. stop accidentally pwning my doggie

No, just this one. I think Jconserv like died- I can't even access the site anymore.

The old SilverQuill originated around November 2006- so technically it isn't our first new year. But we were a pretty bad site then.....wow....Or should I say "I". I think I was the only member other than Wordy, who I recall was not very active. Ah, those days of incompetence! *reminisces*


If you think about it, we have many active members. In the next year..... wow.... look at how far we have come in one year! A three or two person site to a real... real thing. This site is really important to me, and you guys don't know how much it means that we are growing so well and so rapidly. And in the next year, just imagine how much we will grow! Just think about it. It's really unbelievable.

So i have a question that is alittle off topic, but about posts. :D

If i buy posts with i points, does that increase my percentage score?

Huh.... you know, I don't think so. Because no actual posts are logged. It takes the percentage of all forum posts MADE. Since you didn't make those 50 posts, it won't count. The idea of buying posts works better with n00bs who want to help bump themselves up a level.

I would promote it at my school, but there are a few reasons i dont:

1. I'm not sure if i want people i see ona daily basis reading my writing, little self conscious.

2. Not sure if you want me too or not.

3. I dont want someone i dont like joining the site and then having to talk to them :D

I'm going to be in Creative Writing next year; expect shameless advertisement at that point in time.

Just don't tell them who you are. You don't have to "shamelessly advertise" like Aly, just tell a few friends.

I'd also have to delete some posts, like in my ramblings. There is some things you dont tell everyday see them have to live through talking to friends.

There's nothing wrong with being shameless.
